Congratulations to all the finalists and winners at The National Fish & Chip Awards 2023

This event is the highlight of the Fish & Chip calendar, and we were very excited to see it return this year after a two-year break due to the pandemic. The Awards have been running for over thirty years, and are recognised as the most prestigious awards ceremony in the UK Fish and Chip industry.

At FASFA we were delighted and proud to support Andrew and his team at the National Federation of Fish Friers (NFFF). All of our members supported the event and sponsored many categories. These included JFK seafood sponsoring the Quality Accreditation Champion. Friars Pride, Henry Colbeck, V.A.Whitley, and Smales sponsoring the Fish and Chip Takeaway of the Year. Royal Greenland sponsored the drinks reception.

A huge congratulations to our member Henry Colbecks for winning Supplier of the Year, and to the overall takeaway winner Whiteheads of Hornsea. All the finalists can be found on the website here. Interest in the 2024 awards can also be followed on the NFFF website.
